Saint John, Francis, Sir, Baronet, of Longthorpe (1680 -1756)
Francis St John of Longthorpe in Northamptonshire was admitted a student of Lincoln's Inn in 1697. He was created a baronet 10 September 1715. He married Mary, daughter of Sir Nathaniel Gould, and left two daughters, Frances, who died unmarried, and Mary, who married Sir John Barnard of Brampton. Through the later’s efforts, Francis St John's library passed to Robert Sparrow of Worlingham in Suffolk.
