Leyborne-Popham, Francis William (1862 -1907)

Francis William Leyborne-Popham of Littlecote and Hunstrete House, was born 5 March 1862, the son of Francis Leyborne-Popham, and Elizabeth, daughter and coheir of James Block of Charlton in Wiltshire. He succeeded his uncle Edward in 1881. He married, 12 November 1890, Maud Isabel, younger daughter of Henry Howard of Greystoke Castle in Cumberland. A Justice of the Peace for Berkshire and Wiltshire, and a lieutenant in the Berkshire Yeomanry, he died without issue 15 July 1907, and was succeeded by his brother Hugh Francis Arthur Leyborne-Popham.
